No, not Hearthstone, Stonehearth.

I have recently bought the alpha of a game named Stonehearth. I first discovered Stonehearth through GGSP and they seemed to give it positive reviews. I downloaded it and within minutes was already loving the simple design and graphics with such calm and relaxing gameplay. Being an alpha game means there are bugs abound. In fact, there was a game-breaking bug every few hours or so. Sometimes buildings would never finish or hearthlings' brains would simply seem to fail them. But apart from these things the game is so much fun. It has many features for an alpha game such as farming, building, fighting, trading, crafting, shepherding, mining, designing and hunting. *takes a breath*. It has been in alpha for a very long time so people are becoming worried that it may be given up on. I hope this won't be the case. They have such a brilliant game here and not being able to directly control your hearthlings but being able to give them jobs that they put into their own schedule is a great concept. I love this game and will continue to play more.

My final verdict is 8/10. This is an Alpha score so it will change when the full game is out.

And that does it for my first real review! It was more of a practice, as you may have noticed, there were no categories. I'll improve this in the future but for now I'm glad with getting it done. Thanks for reading my post, have fun and keep on gaming!

The Free Weekend

Hello everybody! Welcome to another blog post from me that is actually not on the topic of Steam free weekend sales. :D.

Anyway I am sorry for not posting over the weekend, I was a bit occupied with internet troubles and going over to friend's place on Saturday. To make up for it I'm talking about 3 seperate free games that are my personal favourites and they could not be more different than each other.

Asphalt 8

Ahh yes, the best free game on the Windows Store. Actually, possibly the best game on the Windows Store. A fast paced racing game with plenty of crazy flips, insane airtime and vicious knockdowns, Asphalt 8 is the newest game in the Asphalt series and it does not disappoint. The wide variety of game modes, cars and tracks keeps things fresh while progressing through the seasons gives you a goal. Then after you fully upgrade your car you find out there are pro upgrades that are much harder to get but give you a huge boost. Then multiplayer. And events. Amazing. Get this game. 10/10 IGN.

Town of Salem

It's hard to explain Town of Salem. I guess it's a mystery crime puzzle 'role-playing' game. People that know the game will get that role-playing game joke. It's so much fun revealing the Godfather and lynching him. 10/10 would lynch again. Ha, that's funny. This is a browser game that is up and coming but already has such solid gameplay that I would definitely recommend it.

Clash of Clans

If you don't know about this game you can't say you know much about popular games. The top grossing game on the App Store and it's easy to see why. Fun, addicting and simple. 3 resources to manage, troops to hire and a base to upgrade. Recently the game got updates to the clan system with clan levels, clan war opt in/out and more balanced clan war matchmaking. I'm still free to play (meaning I've never paid nay money for the game) but that could soon change.

Anyway that is the end of my post for today. Have fun and keep on gaming!

Agario!

I watched a jacksepticeye video yesterday on Youtube titled 'TUMBLR WILL DEVOUR US ALL - Agario. I watched it was really interested by the game. I had a try and... it's great! It's lots of fun just dodging bigger circlers and seeing the colossal ones float by. Then the high speed chases and the moment of exhiliration when you pull off the perfect split and capture a smaller circle. Ah... Great game, have a try!

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

I've been watching plenty of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt playthroughs and reviews recently and the game seems to be amazing! Stunning graphics, gripping story, fast-paced combat all make for one great game. I'm working on a review for it at the moment and that should be out within the week. Thanks for having a look at the blog and I hope to post everyday! Maybe even some videos later...
